What Is Basis?

How Does Basis Work?

Pterostilbene (PT)

follows an additional pathway for activating sirtuins that is distinct from the pathway provided by NR. It is a plant-based compound that is chemically similar to resveratrol, with some important distinctions: Because of its ability to dissolve in body fat, pterostilbene lingers longer in the system, and is more bioavailable to humans.
