I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

If you’ve placed your order and selected our free shipping option, your package will be delivered by your local post office. This may help you find your package if your local post office leaves packages with neighbors or at another location nearby. If you can’t find your order please contact us at [email protected] or call our customer care team at +1.888.220.6436 Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST and we’ll help you locate it!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will take 5-7 days to arrive if you’ve selected ‘Free Shipping’ during checkout. ‘Ground Shipping’, ‘2 Day’ and ‘1 Day’ shipping is expedited by FedEx. If you selected ‘2 Day’ or ‘1 Day’ shipping, your order will arrive in that amount of time so long as you’ve placed your order by 2pm EST. If you’re placing your order after 2pm EST, add one day on to the shipping method you selected for an accurate read on when you should receive your product. Arrival time on the ‘Ground Shipping’ method is dependent on your location and can take anywhere from 1-7 business days.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. We offer free economy shipping on all of our orders!

How do I track my order?

You can track your shipments of Basis by logging in to your Elysium account here. Once logged in, go to the "Order History" page, where you can click "Track Order" on the right side to view the tracking link for your shipment.

Can you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally.

Can I buy Basis in stores?

Basis is only available on our website.

How do I adjust my delivery plan?

You can always place a hold on your account or adjust your delivery schedule in any way by contacting our customer care team.
